The Program
The Leadership Ontario program consists of 11 full-day sessions over the course of 10 months. This includes a two-day kick-off retreat and a graduation ceremony. Each program day will highlight a key focus area of Ontario County.
The leadership curriculum is focused on both professional and personal development. Leadership themes include building personal awareness, connection to community, and enhancing leadership skillsets such as communication, collaboration, inclusion, emotional intelligence, vision and strategic goal setting to improve individual and organizational performance.
The curriculum is designed and led by Kristen Fragnoli, an ICF certified leadership development coach. Her training sessions are grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, and the science of human flourishing. Participants are engaged one-on-one and as a team throughout the program, and are prepared to transfer and implement their learnings and skills back to their business or organization.
If selected for Leadership Ontario, your full attendance is required at all sessions (approximately 8am-5pm). Only two absences will be allowed for personal emergencies. Attendance at the two-day kick-off retreat and the graduation is essential. If you have conflicts with any of the dates below, we recommend you first reach out to the program manager before applying.
