Leadership Development Director

Kristen Rich Fragnoli, MA, PCC is the owner of Quest Potential Coaching LLC. She is an ICF certified leadership development coach who uses a holistic approach to support leaders’ skill development and growth. She uses neuroscience, mindfulness, and the science of human flourishing in her trainings and is known for her fun, interactive learning experiences so clients walk away with new knowledge and skills they can apply immediately to their business or organization.

Grounded in the belief that we’re all naturally resilient, creative and powerful with great capacity for growth and impact in the world, Kristen works one-on-one with executives and leads corporate and non-profit teams to success. Using her expertise in human development, she helps others enhance communication, develop leadership vision, create intentional change, improve performance and increase engagement.

Kristen has a Master’s Degree in human communication and certifications in change management, mindful leadership, conflict mediation and more. She spent three decades in higher education and is the Founder of FLX Women, a community forum designed to empower women.

Leadership Development Program Coordinator

Sam Rickett is a multimedia professional with experience in photography, live event production, and audio-visual technical support. She most recently served as the Special Events and Fundraising Coordinator for Camp Good Days and is ambitiously looking forward to being a part of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce as the Leadership Development Program Coordinator for Leadership Ontario.

She developed her skills across various high-profile settings, including working as a member of the Banquet Staff at Big Sky Resort in Montana for conference services and major events, and as an Assistant Photographer, where she often provided extra equipment as needed and curated behind-the-scenes content for social media. Sam has proven ability in event management, team coordination, and technical execution, which now includes a strong foundation in special events and a focus on leadership program coordination.

Grounded in her educational background in Film, Photography, and Visual Arts from Ithaca College, Sam combines artistic vision with practical technical knowledge. She uses her expertise in organizational flow, attention to detail, and time management to ensure the seamless execution of projects and large-scale events, and to successfully manage complex development programs.
