Candidate Profile
Candidate must be 18 years or older and live or work in Ontario County.
Natural leaders with a demonstrated desire to advance in career responsibilities.
Works in private or public sector including business, hospitality, education, arts, government, religion, community groups, and ethnic or minority groups.
Ability to grow in current role, within the community, and beyond.
Expressed interest in public and/or community service in order to make Ontario County a better place to live, work, and play.
Willingness to "pay it forward" by sharing program impact, promoting program, and participating in future Leadership Ontario programs for new participants.
